LEGAL NOTICE 

Re:     My Client, M/s _________________, having its registered office at _____________, duly represented through its _______________________  

Sir,

Under instructions from and on behalf of my client(s) abovesaid and on the basis of documents placed before me, I hereby serve upon you the following Legal Notice as under :-

1.    My Client(s) abovesaid had entered into a Collaboration Agreement dated ________ with you the Addressee, being the party of the THIRD PART and Mr. __________________ being Party of the FIRST PART, and my Client(s) being the Party of the SECOND PART. By virtue of the said Collaboration Agreement dated ___________, you the Addressee being the Party of the THIRD PART were required to develop construct and set up a Residential/Commercial on the land admeasuring ___________sq. yds. and additional lands measuring ___________ sq.yds. and totaling to ___________ sq.yds  being “the Project Land” on the terms and conditions contained in the said Collaboration Agreement dated ________.

2.    That on account of your clearly backing out/withdrawing from performing your part of the obligations under the above Collaboration Agreement dated ________, my Client(s) abovesaid had, through the undersigned, sent you a Legal Notice dated ________ informing you that on account of your breaching the terms and conditions of the aforesaid Collaboration Agreement, the said Collaboration Agreement dated ________ has been terminated and cancelled in all respects and my Client(s) abovesaid had through the said Legal Notice dated _______ further called upon you to instruct your officers/ Managers/ servants not to enter the said Project Lands and  my Client(s) has informed you to further note that my Client(s) abovesaid shall be at liberty to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against whosoever tries to illegally trespass in the said Project Lands.

3.    That in terms of the above Collaboration Agreement dated ________, my Client(s) abovesaid and Mr. ____________, the First Party referred to in the said Collaboration Agreement dated ___________ and Mrs. ___________ referred to as the Confirming Party in the said Collaboration Agreement dated ___________ had executed and registered the following documents:-

(i)    General Power of Attorney registered with Sub-Registrar Delhi as Document No.___________ dated ___________ executed by Mr. ___________ Director of my Client(s) abovesaid in favour of Mr.______________ son of Mr. _______________, resident of __________________, S/D/W/o Mr. ____________________, resident of ____________.

(ii)    General Power of Attorney registered with Sub-Registrar, Gurgaon as Document No.______ dated ___________ executed by Mr. ____________, S/D/W/o Mr. _____________, resident of ____________________________ in favour of Mr._________ S/D/W/o Mr. -__________, resident of ___________ and Mr. -_________, S/D/W/o Mr. ______________, resident of ____________.

(iii)    General Power of Attorney registered with the Sub-Registrar, Delhi as Document No.________ dated ___________ executed by ______________, S/D/W/o Mr. ____________, resident of ________________ in favour of Mr.____________ son of Mr. ___________, resident of _____________ and Mr. ____________, S/D/W/o Mr. ___________, resident of _____________.

Now in view of the fact that the Collaboration Agreement dated ________ has been terminated and cancelled in all respects by my Client(s) abovesaid vide Legal Notice dated _____________ sent to you the Addressee by the undersigned acting as the Advocate of my Client(s) abovesaid, therefore, now under instructions from my Client(s) abovesaid I hereby further NOTIFY you the Addressee that Mr._________, Director of my Client(s) abovesaid shall be proceeding to get canceled the document listed at S.No._____ and shall execute and register necessary Revocation of General Power of Attorney of above documents listed at S.No.____ and also my Client(s) above said shall also get executed and registered Revocation of General Power of Attorney by Mr. ____________, of document referred to as S.No. _____ above and also further get executed and registered Revocation of General Power of Attorney by Mrs. ___________, of document referred to as S.No. _____above.  

4.    I have been further instructed by my Client(s) abovesaid to NOTIFY you the Addressee though this Legal Notice to instruct Mr. ______________ and Mr. _______________________-- not to act upon any of the above documents  referred to at S.No.____, _____ & _____ above and you are further called upon to note that in case Mr. __________________ or Mr. _________________ act on the basis of above documents stated at S.No.___, ____ & ____ above, the same shall be illegal and my Client(s) abovesaid shall be at liberty to initiate  appropriate legal proceedings against whosoever tries to act on the basis of the  documents listed at S.No. .___, ____ & ____ above, entirely at the risk, cost and consequences of you the Addressee and the said Mr. _______________ and Mr. ____________.
