History and origin of Human rights by Nandani singhania

History can be divided into three part, medieval history , ancient history and modern  history .
We can say that during the stage of medieval history , human rights didn’t exist in particular , as in certain rights were performed and followed but it didn’t had a particular name for it .Not everyone were given the right to equality but we can say it existed in some particular areas and fields.
For example – Urukagine of lagash (3260)BC , Indian Vedic era (1500-5000) BC – Dharma
During the medieval age that is the era after christ (AD) the first witness of human rights regulation was noticed In Britain , king of Britain during 15th June 1215 introduced Magna Carta under which human rights guidelines were stated.
During the ancient history a sequence of human right guidelines were introduced.
After the introduction of magna carta in year 1215 ,petition of rights 1628 , habeas corpus act 1679 ,bill of rights 1689 was brought into real life. The introduction of all these rights and acts with time eradicated the practice of slavery , human trafficking as it gave rise to sense of value of each individual and humankind.
Modern history
During the first world war , the league of nation was introduced and America had a major role behind its formation , but its purpose was an utter failure as 2nd world war took place ,
After the end of second world war, 51 country came together and formed an organization named UNO.
Under which all the member states were developed and developing countries , UNO has 6 organization under it , out of which one is general assembly . On 10th December, 1948  , it ,  made a universal declaration of Human Rights 1948.

India has been a victim of slavery by the Britisher , in short they have been treated like animals because of their nationality , they were discriminated for the color of their skin,  they were illtreated and also their lives were given no value. They didn’t had the freedom to freely move wherever they want , they  didn’t even had the liberty to pursue with the business they want to set up .
So, during the independence of India , 1947 , Indian constitution was being formed , India was one of the state of UNO and hence after the declaration of HR , India after knowing the benefits of HR , wanted to introduce it to the Indian constitution as well, so, constitution makers introduced fundamental rights in the Indian constitution.

Human is not a gender oriented word , so , irrespective of any gender , every human is born with certain rights , like human born with skin on its body, are born with certain rights too,
in respective of anything , they have particular rights  which cannot be snatched for them  , but in certain cases like if a person breaks the law or national securities , it can be restrictive in nature
section 2(d)  of thee protection the human rights Act , right to life -  their existence , a human’s existence cannot be questioned , they have the right to be born and live
Right to liberty – freedom , a state of mind , a human has the right be himself/herself , cannot be kept confined to a place , or cannot be a prey to slavery . A person cannot be subject to arrest and detention except as provided for by law.
Right to dignity – a person has the right to be respected ,to be behaved ethically .They have the right to live with respect irrespective of their caste ,creed , religion .
Also , the Indian constitution says that  a person born has the right to choose its religion , it profession,  its geographical position within it’s nation . a human cannot be barred from moving one place to another until ordered by the court .
The objective behind the entry of human right is to
protect the quality of life of humankind and to develop individual .

Crypto Crash or Comeback? The Volatile World of Digital Currency

Crypto Crash or Comeback? The Volatile World of Digital Currency Cryptocurrency is like the rebellious teenager of the financial world—unpredictable, sometimes out of control, but with a ton of potential. Just when you think Bitcoin is going to the moon, it crashes back down to Earth, and people start wondering if they should have just stuck with stocks. But is this the end of the crypto craze, or just a bump in the road? The truth is, crypto isn’t going anywhere, but the market has definitely matured. Gone are the days of Dogecoin millionaires and meme-inspired investments (okay, mostly gone). What we’re seeing now is a more regulated, stable approach to digital currencies, with big companies like Visa and PayPal embracing crypto for everyday transactions. Even governments are considering creating their own Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) . But that doesn’t mean the volatility is over. The crypto market still swings wildly based on everything from Elon Musk tweets to re

As the team began brainstorming, they quickly realized they had different ideas abou
