The rights that are equally applicable to men and women.  No right to discrimination should be no discrimination regarding caste, religion, birth, etc. The rights which were denied to the women was been retrieved by the women.  The duties and the rights which were denied were lifted by the rights which were denied to the women. Today crimes are being done against women in various like harassment sexual intercourse or rape there were no laws that were implemented during that time. But when the world got awareness regarding the issues or the discrimination towards the men then the laws came up. In the case of dowry death, there were several cases where due to dowry issues 80 percent of women were suffering. In this case, there’s more than an aged group of women the age of 21 was mentioned they were also treated with cruelty. Then this law came up for protecting the women from torture from dowry death.  It is also article Right to life was been effected where they also have the right to live with dignity or freedom. They have the right to live with the respect to live like a free bird. 

In the child marriage concept, it is also violating the right which is right to education. In the process of child marriage, the women are been at an early age where it is right to educate them they are been taken for the marriage which is the form of the cruelty towards the women at teenage. There are other articles or laws which made the empowerment of the women is that the criminal law amendment act it is the one of the keenest law which made a huge impact on the rape cases which boosted up in the previous years. When the law came into force it made some impact to reducing the crimes against women. In the example of dowry death especially protection to women, child marriage to stopping from the starting.  

Some policies are initiated by the government. There are acts like sexual harassment , voyeurism ,stalking as the acts for the offences. Also defamation is considered as both civil and criminal in nature . This is also considered as one of the concept for the beneficial of the women’s which are protecting not mainly not for the offences but it is the protection of women’s protecting the dignity .
