Capital punishment's is violating article right to life .

 Capital punishment

There were many articles at the time stating that capital punishment is violating one of the famous articles in our constitution. The article talks about the famous article. What is capital punishment  It is thee of the highest punishments that can be given to the offenses These are usually given in the case. Like death, sentences are given when the reason is justified by the   Indian the evidence act. When there is no loophole the death sentences are given to the offender.  Here we cannot say that it is violating one of the articles. Every person has the right to live with dignity but other article tells us that, every person is equal before the law. Law gives directions to the judge to obey the rules which are prescribed as norms to be followed as a judge when he hears case decide upon the matter which he hearing cases of civil cases or criminal cases.

The cases which are normally rape proved it was a clear and cut murder or cruelest murder that can hen to especially to the women’s   . In this case, if there is a capital punishment that has been given by the court then it is a procedure established by the law. I talked about how it takes to establish to make law . From making bills and presenting finally passing the law not violating the law. This is also one of the same procedures followed. Then in that scenario, it should have been opposed to by the member of the parliament, or the bill is been produced. There it should have opposed. But there were disturbances that time also. Now it is recognized as one of the violations of our articles.

In the same case, I would like to relate the cases of Sabarimala this case there were no interruptions before the year 2012. It was going to be smooth. But when the case was raised for the reason was that no right to discriminate. Why this question was not raised before the court  Coming back in this it is clear cut information is getting from the picture that they are doing the law prescribed what it is mentioned by the. There is a violation. Yes though it is one such disadvantage for the family. Here the cat which was done cannot be justifiable. Killing one person for his satisfaction cannot be an excusable act he has done. But the offender is a kind of source of the family he has don crime then the court will give protection towards the family.
