 Right to Freedom, speech and expression

The rights which are ensured by our constitution are known as fundamental right. These rights ensure full physical mental development of every citizen. It is one of most fundamental right which is correlated to each other in various topics. Right to freedom it talks about every one has right to say our thoughts expressions in your view points. There are many essentials elements for the constitution of India 

It should be citizen of India and not to forge in citizen because each state has it own jurisdiction. Because each country has its own preamble or set of the legal document. Like our integral system of India like there are three organs of government Judiciary, legislative. Executive etc.  

Second point talking the right which are ensured by our constitution is to right to express our  opinions on our views any issue through our mouth gestures . 

Bu  there is also the disadvantage is that the there is restrictions made by the government where it restricts in the inertest of the sovergnity  and unity .  For example in Ipc it is mentioned whether there is  restrictions made for not opposing the government law . But it is like where it restricting the personal liberty. 

But each articles has own exceptions like for example right to discrimination it talks about there should be discrimination regarding caste , religion , birth . In the case of the sabrimala also same where there is right to practices and propagate our religion it talks about protecting the religion same . Where some sought the restricting by right to discrimination. 

There was one of the famous case one of the person he put poster against the PM MODI . He was filed under the sedition .  There are many pros and cons .  It is one of the most article which are discussed in the elaborative manner .  

It is considered as one the most important article for the constitution of India. It looks as one of the easiest concept.  But it consists of more broader concept. 

This right to freedom and speech expressions was expand in one of the case where the honorable court held that the press plays significant role . Courts have duty to upload the freedom of the press.  There was other famous cases which are interrelated to this . 

In other cases the court held that the commercial advertisement or the commercial speech is also the part of the freedom of speech and expression  which would be limitation of the article 19 (2) of the constitution .Moreover it restricts the our restriction of the fundamental right . But moreover it is restricting us not going beyond the limit . Like in the three organs of the government . The three organs are been restricted each other for separate giving separate duty by law .
